Where has the time gone? We are nearly half way through November. In the last two months Kyle and I have gotten settled into our apartment, Triston has been born, Kyle has turned 24, and I've turned 22. I can't believe how fast this year has gone.
So, I'll just start from the top. Kyle and I found a really nice apartment for a great price in Taylorsville. We got all moved in and settled around the end of September. The beginning of October was spent getting ready for little Triston to come!
Triston David Walker was born on October 15, 2010 and 4:47 pm and weighed in at 7 lbs. 2 oz. and was 19.5 inches long! Labor was quick, compared to labor with Ashton, and I only had to push for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the epidural didn't take so it was the longest 15 minutes of my life! He is doing so well! I can't believe he will be 4 weeks old on Friday. He is starting to hold his head up all by himself and is awake more during the day! He is a totally different baby than Ashton was. He is a bit more temperamental than Ashton was, but that's okay, he is still a sweet baby boy! When he wants to eat, he lets me know and doesn't stop until I've fed him!
Ashton is such a cute big brother! He loves to give Triston kisses and hugs, but sometimes he can be a little overbearing with him. I have to remind him that baby Triston is a lot smaller than him, so he can't sit on him, or lay on him! But, I know he's doing it with love! His favorite movie is Cars and he always wants to watch it! I will usually play it for him while he eats his breakfast. When he sees Cars merchandise at the store he points at it and says "Lightning!" He's very enthusiastic about it! Kyle and I find ourselves constantly quoting the movie. I guess this is a normal phase to go through because I went through it also with The Little Mermaid!
Kyle just turned 24 and we had a nice relaxing day for him. We went to dinner and hung out with his brother. I just turned 22 on Sunday and I don't really feel any different. It has been a very eventful year for the Walker family. We have been very blessed. We got another beautiful baby boy and Kyle got his dream job. I am able to stay home and raise our children and do projects that I enjoy to do. I am excited to have our family pictures done in time for the holidays.

I really need to get better about posting on my blog!
It has been crazy summer! Kyle and I moved to Southern Utah, and just recently Kyle was offered a job back in Salt Lake as a paint prepper. So, he's in Salt Lake working and finding us an apartment, and I'm in St. George waiting. I am not excited about the move, simply because I'm so far along in my pregnancy, but the Lord works is mysterious ways.
We found out that we are having another little boy! His name will be Triston David. I am so excited even though I was hoping for a little girl, but where Ashton and Triston will be so close together it will be good for them to have each other as little playmates! Hopefully we will be the next ones to have a baby because then it will be a little girl! That's how it seems to work for our family. Boy, girl, boy, girl pattern! Triston will hopefully be here around the middle of October. My expected due date is October 18th, so we'll see. I feel like things are going so much quicker with this pregnancy. Which is fine, I just don't want Triston to be born a premie. He can come as long as he's healthy.
Ashton is definitely keeping me on my toes! He is so active and keeps me very busy. I have hardly gained any weight with this pregnancy, just because I'm so active! A whole whopping 11 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight! That will just mean I have less baby weight to lose after! Ashton is growing up so quickly I can't believe it. He is talking so well and he loves to sing songs, read books, dance, and of course play. His favorite song is The Itsy Bitsy Spider. He loves to listen to music and dance to it. When we're in the car he'll bob his head to the beat of the music. He is so smart. He is learning how to clean up his toys and where they go. I'm going to try and teach him some numbers and the alphabet when he's about 18 months old. I found a cute toddler book pattern that I can adjust and make several different books, so he can learn his shapes, numbers and letters! He is starting to get on a good eating and sleeping schedule. He knows that when mommy puts him in his crib, it's time to go to sleep. He's down to just one nap a day and it totally makes a difference in his behavior and attitude if he gets that nap or not.
Kyle is loving his new job. He is working at Abra Auto Body and Glass in West Valley. He loves it there. He feels like he has already learned so much from this job. I am so proud that he is doing what he wants to be doing and is happy!
I am still working at American Eagle (very little, thankfully!). When I get back to Salt Lake I'm just going to switch to the floorset team so I can keep my benefits, but not work nearly as much. I also plan to go to school either in January or in the spring. Hopefully in January, but I may not be ready to leave Triston yet. I can't believe we are already in September. Ashton is 16 months old today! He is growing up so fast and I'm glad that I am able to stay home and watch him learn and grow. I'm thankful that Kyle wanted a job where he is making enough so I can stay home with our children.
Life is good for us right now and it just keeps getting better everyday!

Well it has been a crazy year so far. Kyle and I are expecting our second child in October, Ashton turned 1 this month and now Kyle and I are in the process of looking for a new place to live since our lease is up in August. So with a new baby on the way and trying to find a new place to live we are very busy.
Kyle has been very busy at work. He is learning so much about his job and is progressing very quickly! I keep telling him that he could be a painter in a couple years if he really keeps it up! I'm trying to encourage him to go to school, and get his degree in automotive painting so he has that under his belt.
Ashton is growing up too quickly. He is walking, talking (some) and is turning into such a little boy. He will tear the movies off the shelf and scatter them all over the floor. He loves to look at books and if he sees something in the book that he likes, he points at it and says "what's that?" It is so fun to see him grow up and learn new things. He is eating only big boy food now and he loves it! He is not a picky eater at all and I am thankful for that. It makes making meals so much easier!
I have been feeling great! I am in my second trimester and the nesting has definitely kicked in! Our apartment is so small, there is only so much cleaning and organizing I can do! I have been busy with work, Ashton, and being a mom and wife! I love it all!
We are not sure what the sex of the baby is yet. Kyle thinks it's a boy, but it was still too early to tell when we found out how far along I was. I am still just referring to the baby as "baby" but Kyle will call the baby him or he. I am still hoping for a girl! Then I will have one of each and maybe be done with kids. But who knows. When this one is 2 or 3, I'm sure I will be baby hungry and will want more. We'll see.
I hope all is well with everyone and wish you all love and happiness! I miss all of you that I have not seen in a while and hope we can see each other soon!
We love you all!

2010
I can't believe that we're already half way through the month of January! Time seems to speed up with every passing year.
Kyle and I have been busy with life. Work has been very busy for Kyle. He has been putting in 10 hour days. I have been at home taking care of Ashton, which in itself is a full time job :) He is getting ready to pop his first tooth through! He was up at 1:00 AM the other night screaming we soon realized what it was. I feel so bad for the little guy to be in pain.
Other than that, life is great! We are doing really well and are very happy! Love you all!

Okay, So I created a blog before and being the scatter brain that I am I forgot my password and couldn't get signed in. So I'm creating a new one. It's a headache, I tell you!
What's new with the Walkers? Well Our Christmas was fantastic! It was really fun to be able to experience Christmas as parents! Even though Ashton was more interested in the wrapping paper instead of the actual presents, it was fun for us to experience!
I recently got a job at American Eagle and absolutely love it. Besides the fact that I fold clothes the entire time I'm at work and that is also part of my job being a mother I love it! Kyle has been keeping really busy at work. Ti's the season for car wrecks! He is getting really good at prepping the cars and has also been learning a lot about auto painting.
I just got back from spending a few days in St. George to see my parents. It was a nice visit. They have a really cute little home that is perfect for them. It is very comfortable and homely! Kyle had to work, but my sister in law Channa had a few days off from work and I had a few days before I had to work so we took the trip down.
Ashton. Ashton is crawling, sitting, pulling himself up, biting, chewing, eating, sleeping, playing, growing, standing, and as soon as he has the balance will be walking. He's 8 months old and I can't believe it. They grow up too fast. But I really enjoy being able to stay at home with him during the day and Kyle loves having the one-on-one time with him in the evenings.
We have been very blessed this past year with all that has happened. We received the most beautiful baby boy in May. In August, Kyle got his job back at Gus Paulos. We were able to get into our own place in August as well. And now I have a job. We couldn't be more blessed especially during the economic crisis. The Lord has certainly watched out for us.
